Texas Hotel ManagementTexas Hotel Management was founded in 1990 by Salim “Sam” Ismail, with a vision to grow and expand into a variety of hotels and businesses across the state of Texas. The company’s first College Station location was a Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites, opened in 2001, followed by Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites and Hampton Inn & Suites in 2005, Staybridge Suites in 2014, and Aloft by Marriott in 2015. Beyond Brazos County, THG has a Holiday Inn Express in Houston, a Hyatt Place in Katy, and a Home2 Suites by Hilton in Dallas. My location in Bryan is the newest, built in 2018, and is actually branded using the Formula Blue design solution. This concept was developed for the smart traveler to streamline the checkin and checkout processes and drive overall quality and consistency for guests. Visually, you can distinguish Formula Blue locations from other locations by the signage- Formula Blue a green and blue sign, as well as more blue accents throughout the decor, while any other Holiday Inn line will have only green.
Beyond hotels, Texas Hotel Management has curated several real estate development projects in College Station, including: Caprock Crossing, multi-use land development project in South College Station; College Station Medical + Senior Living, a 17-acre property for behavioral health located next to College Station Medical Center; Caprock Crossing Retail Center, a multi-tenant retail center along Highway 40; and Mills Park at Caprock Crossing, a 12-lot office/retail development center within Caprock Crossing. “Texas Hotel Management is not satisfied with average performance. Hotels under our management consistently produce above-average revenues and operate at below-average costs. Texas Hotel Management’s success is due to its strong team members, operating efficiencies, and the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the marketplace.” Start Your Project Today |
